I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very quiet, generously equipped, and spacious, making them clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with the booking process that required long discussions and waiting for a supervisor to resolve. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the lake and the shops, in a nice and quiet area with easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was average, nothing excessive for the price. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor setbacks.
